We take great pride in our food truck and have built up a solid reputation in the local area for the quality and variety of food we have on our van.  You can expect the same freshness as if you came into our shop yourself and we made it in front of you. Our sandwiches and rolls do not have sell-by-dates, they are all made to be eaten on the day of purchase. Anything that comes back, is donated to a homeless charity. With Cibo, you never have to worry that your sandwich is two or three days old. Our little jiffy van is refrigerated and has a separate oven.

We provide a variety of proper - home-cooked by us - meals on board each day. As well as bacon, sausage and egg rolls, hash browns, southern fried chicken rolls with a sweet chilli sauce and a wide selection of pasties and pies, sandwiches and rolls, salads, snacks, confectionery and cold drinks.

Our van has a daily route, meaning you can rely on us to turn up at the same time every day. You can even pre-order the day before with our driver Julie – or by calling our shop first thing each morning. We can cater for any special dietary requirements and can ensure we have vegan and gluten-free food on board should you request it.
